Dyslexia is one of those conditions that is highly individual. In my two
daughters it manifests itself in totally different ways.
Why not try putting the nurse through a test? As a dyslexic she should
understand the concern and be willing to cooperate. Try getting her to
dispense a range of medicines and record her accuracy. Make some of them
quite difficult. If she can cope, then where is the problem?
