Hello all
I will shortly be doing some fork lift truck health surveillance for a firm of OH providers.Their protocol does not call for the assessment of depth perception(stereopsis on the Keystone), simply visual acuity at distance and peripheral vision using the "finger wiggling"technique,. Is this common practice or are you doing a depth perception measurement? And if so what you do if you find a person does not have "adequate" depth perception- does it differ if it pre-employment to someone already in post?
Best wishes,
Diane

Police Forces do not consider this to be relevant, and our 'response' (Group 2) drivers are not routinely tested.
