Subject: Bullying at work
Hi all, thanks for all the excellent info for the violence at work, all of
which is very useflu and I am following some up. HR has now asked me to find
out what help there is for bullying - similar issue but not quite the same.
Again, we seek any education packages that also raises awareness of not only
realisation that you are being bullied and how to deal with that, but also
to recognise that you might actually be a bully. I am sure we have all
dealt with managers who are amazed that their tactics are seen as bullying
and those who are feel that this is the best way to 'keep order' and are
quite proud that they are! (yes, it still goes on) - how to deal with this
and the fall-out from bullies is the question my HR wants addresssing
So heres hoping you can help yet again - I realise I could trawl the net but
would rather go for a recommended course so if any one knows of one or can
put me in touch with someone who does I would much appreciate it
Regards
Susan
