You all may find the article 'Under Supervision' in June 2003 issue of OH
journal by Linda Maynard useful together with the clinical supervision
resources guide on page 28. Linda is an experienced OH nurse who undertook
research into clinical supervision in occupational health. I think her
article and the accompanying references and resources would certainly help.
If you do not take OH journal you can access this article on line at
www.personneltoday.com go to 'search' and put in clinical supervision.
The RCN booklet on clinical supervision is also available on line and can be
downloaded as a pdf file from
www.rcn.org.uk/resources/practicedevelopment/clinical_supervision.pdf
