Hi Karen
We have recently started having regular clinical supervision. we started our first meeting by deciding what we wanted to gain from the sessions, setting up ground rules and looking at the subjects we wanted to explore. We planned the dates for the year and the time is protected.
So far it is working well and we have a rule that we stay focused on the topic otherwise we would digress easily!
If you want any of our notes from the setting up let me know. i have to say we thought everyone else was ahead of us, however when we asked around not just in OH we realised most people were wondering how to start.
Regards
Pam
