Sarah, I am not aware that it is stated anywhere that they 'Should' be
vaccinated. I would say that your risk assessment should determine whether
vaccination is a necessary control measure. I don't know your situation, but
if the normal hygiene precautions are in place I don't see why it should be
necessary. If it is deemed necessary then I would say the employer would be
required to meet the cost if it is being asked for as a control measure, in
the same way that they are required to meet the costs of PPE.
