Good afternoon,
We are reviewing our guidelines on Headlice management for our staff. We currently provide Derbac treatment to staff affected with visible head lice, and inform them that they can return to work with patients 24 hours after the treatment.
I would be interested to know if anyone has suggestions on using the non chemical approach namely conditioner and fine tooth comb. Do you think this is feasible and how long would the exclusion period have to be for staff using this method.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
