Subject: Re: costing OH services
MessageI have developed a number of spreadsheets (sad) to use for costing
out OH services and for assessing and planning OH resource requirements. I
have found that it does help when trying to get more resources.
If you are familiar with excel I am happy to send you an example. Once set
up with the basic formulae in place the process becomes much easier.

Subject: costing OH services
Hi
I work for an NHSPlus OHS and I'm about to review the service and need to
cost each item/function - nightmare!!! Has anyone got any useful models of
costing/pricing or any other good ideas about how to go about this. My
head's spinning just thinking about the maths!!!
Much appreciated if anyone can help.
Julie
