Dear Angela - I'd be very interested in a copy if you are prepared to share the information. Money is tight over here and in the OHS we are trying to be as transparent as possible so resource bids are clear. Best wishes - Kate

MessageI have developed a number of spreadsheets (sad) to use for costing
out OH services and for assessing and planning OH resource requirements. I
have found that it does help when trying to get more resources.
If you are familiar with excel I am happy to send you an example. Once set
up with the basic formulae in place the process becomes much easier.

Subject: costing OH services
Hi
I work for an NHSPlus OHS and I'm about to review the service and need to
cost each item/function - nightmare!!! Has anyone got any useful models of
costing/pricing or any other good ideas about how to go about this. My
head's spinning just thinking about the maths!!!
Much appreciated if anyone can help.
Julie
