I would consider, would it benefit the individual and the company to have
this hearing aid
Sell it on performance
However weight up what advantage and use of aid outside of work for the
individual
(How much of an impact would it make to her activities of daily living )
Before tallying the amount
I would take account of the 25% also
But to make the company look good from PR point of view pay the reminder
(can they afford to pay the remainder, and will this set a president for
others)
