Amanda
There is a lot to take into consideration.
Firstly
Is it only during meetings that this problem has been raised?
What proportion of time would she need to use these outside of work?
( Has her hearing deteriorated since commencing employment )
The company will have to pay an amount from my point of view (In accordance
with the need for use at work)
Also the statement that other individual have to shout at her during
meetings
This to me can cause moral and ethical issues
I would welcome others views
Definitely would consider consulting with the legal dept on this
Cheers
Aine
