Greetings Helen
Presumably the arguement with manager was due to low blood sugar as well.
Did he have an infection at the time or any other unusual circumstances. Is
alcohol still a problem?
What is stored on the racks? I worked in a chemical warehouse and the risks
were increased by what could fall off the racks, break and combine with
other chemicals to produce a potent cocktail.
Having said that , people without diabetes used to bump into racks as well,
and I tried to get management to send anyone who had had an accident to OH
to get a health review (and eyetest!)
I would certainly get the chap reviewed by a doctor with an OH
qualification.
Best wishes,
Diane
