DSE eye tests - I am pretty sure your Finance Director is seeing things!!!
However, Quality of level of service provided: This is part of clinical
governance - which is a framework that helps clinicians to continuously
improve and safeguard standards of care; Part of clinical governance is
clinical audit and part of clinical audit is 'customer satisfaction' - so
you may find the RCN booklet 'Occupational Health Audit: a practical guide
for occupational health nurses' publication code no: 000815 - useful as it
gives guidelines on what to ask in this sort of survey.
