I have used Allen Carr trainers in the past. You can find them through the
Allen Carr website at www.allencarrseasyway.com. It is a four hour course.
Delegates are allowed to smoke during the course so you will need to find
somewhere where this can happen. Difficult if you have just made your
offices 'No Smoking'. The last I knew they were charging about £150 per
person, but would usually be knocked down a bit. We used to get the
employee to pay half and the employer to pay the other half so it works out
at about the cost of two weeks fags for the employee if you smoke 20 per
day. There is free follow up and they claim to have a money back guarantee
though I have never known this tested. I have found them as successful as
anyone.
