Which is interesting. Just how many PEQ's do you know of that actually
specify that the DDA is being taken into account?
I am well aware that we advise and it is up to others to decide whether to
accept or decline it. But I'm being devil's advocate here. Should we for
instance, be more specific in the PEQ and tailor it to an employer's needs
for the DDA, rather than the bland, cover-it-all standard PEQ that is in use
in many places?
