I am currently trying to put together some guidelines and a protocol on pre
employment paper screening ie what are the red flags which prompt a phone
call or a face to face interview health screen. The aim is to standardise
the process between our two departments and within each team....does anyone
have something like this already done?? I would really appreciate some views
in order to avoid the whole thing becomming totally subjective!!!
