Dear Charles van Oppen, (list members copied I hope)
Please do not use this list to advertise commercial activities (especially
when they do not relate to natural hazards anyway).
Is your Institute equally active in promoting discussion of the economic
and political factors that lead some people to consider that terrorist
activities are the only option left to them? Do you take that sort of
preventive activity seriously, or only dealing with threats?
Is there a moderator, and if so why was this allowed to be posted?
