We are seeking a post-doctoral associate to work in the area of modeling
of nano structured polymer materials. The position is available immediate
filling. Our interest lies in the application of coarse-grained modeling
methods to the study of polymer nanocomposites, polymer micelles and polymer interfaces. We
are seeking a person with interest in developing bridging methodologies between
coarse-grained modeling methodologies, specifically self-consistent mean field
and effective matrix (potential of mean force) methods, and atomistic molecular
dynamics simulations. The successful applicant must have experience in polymer
modeling, including code development, preferably involving one or more of the
following methodologies: self-consistent mean field modeling, molecular
dynamics simulations, or Monte Carlo simulations. Interested applicants are
