Hi
While not directly related to the UK Race Equality Scheme, I attach a paper
that we have written giving some concrete examples of how one Area Health
Service (similar to a Trust) has implemented NSW multicultural policy. We
have an annual reporting system called EAPS (Ethnic Affairs Priority
Statements) which have to completed by all public agencies. The detail is
left to each service though in health.
HOpe this may be useful. The paper is coming out in a USA journal and I
don't the exact reference to it yet.
