>I noticed in a list of new books that Paul Craddock and Janet Lang have
published "Mining and Metal Production through the Ages" ,
Albyn,
Craddock and Lang are the editors. It's a collection of papers on
archaeometallurgy and associated mining related subjects, including one by a
list member, Rob Ixer, on Copper-arsenic ores and Bronze Age mining.
Unfortunately British Museum Press have not posted the contents on the web
but I'm sure it will be reviewed in the Historical Metallurgy Society's
journal and elsewhere. More details when I have them. Mind you, I'm sure Rob
will respond with details before I get them from another source.
