Dear Adrian,
Mr Rose published a similar request with the Narrow Gauge Railway Society which I have already replied to in detail.
However, yes, the assets of the company (mostly the trackbed) were sold in the 1980s. It appears that the company was therefore liquidated. The documents alluded to have, I believe, been deposited in an accessible archive which any patient researcher of similar railways will be able to locate. I do not however believe that the actual Minute Book survived.
