We are planning to pilot a Case Management model of midwifery care in a small rural community. The model will look at enabling women to have their antenatal and postnatal care in their own community but they will have to travel to a lager community for their intra-partum care.
We are interested to hear form anyone who is working with a similar model and in particular we are interested in the 'performance indicators' use to evaluate the model.
Many thanks,
Glenda Bannan
