Subject: Two-day workshops in N6 and NVivo
Dear All,
*** Please don't reply to the list! Enquiries to [log in to unmask] ***
Details of upcoming QSR workshops in the US, Canada and yes, Australia!
At University of Georgia, Athens, I am teaching two workshops, each two days
hands-on (a day overview and then a day on your own project, with your own
data if you have data to bring, with assistance from experienced users who
are intending to train in the software. )
April 14-15 (N6) and 16-17 (NVivo). All details and registrations are on the
UGA website at http://www.gactr.uga.edu/conferences/2003/Apr/14/qual.phtml.
My full-day workshop at the Advances in Qualitative Methods conference in
Banff has been rescheduled to pre-conference (May 2nd).
And here in Australia, for details and registrations go to

are:
In March (12, 13, 14) at QSR here in Melbourne, we are doing a *three* day
event, a first day on handling qualitative data and then a two-day hands-on
workshop as in Georgia (overview and own project) on NVivo. You can enrol in
these separately.
And Monday 7 - Friday 11 July, 2003 is our wonderful annual week of
workshops, with trainers from round the world. Again, the two-day model,
with two days on N6 and two on NVivo - you can do either or both, and
trainers have the full week. As in the Georgia workshop, when we have
trainers working alongside us, we structure the workshops to give as much
individual assistance as possible to participants. These events are also
great fun and great for networking, as participants and assisting trainers
come from all over.
QSR is now running "BYO Project" days - for those who wish to bring their
project into the QSR office and have our help working with it. Again,
details on the website. These days are the first Thursday of every month,
starting in April.
cheers,
Lyn
