Subject: ESRC Training Bursary Scheme
Apologies for cross-posting
A training bursary scheme has been established as part of the ESRC Research
Methods Programme.
50 bursaries of up to £1,000 are available each year to enable staff engaged
in teaching methods or supervising research to update their skills.
The scheme is organised through a twice-yearly call for applications and the
second call for 2003 went out on 1 October 2003 with a deadline for
applications of 3 November 2003.
An application form and further details are downloadable from the Research
Methods Programme website:
http://www.ccsr.ac.uk/methods/
Please also note that the RCBN offers financial support to all members of
the ESRC Teaching and Learning Research Programme in attending any
methodological and career development events for researchers.
Many thanks
