The Museum is looking for an Editor to work on an exciting new website on the theme of 'Timelines of History' that will present objects in the British Museum alongside those from regional partner museums using maps and timelines. You will write, commission and edit text about artefacts and related cultural topics across the whole range of human history.
You will also play an important role in the Project Team developing the Timelines website architecture. Editorial experience for a non-specialist audience on new media/website projects is highly desirable. Museum experience would also be an advantage.
