Creating Communities in the Digital World

Libraries are social places, with users learning from each other through

professionals; the IEE saw the benefits of exploiting web-based
technologies to offer more tailored and personalised services.
Where Seagulls Dare
Graham Coult, Editor Managing Information
Managing Information is now running a campaign called 'Where Seagulls
Dare.' One seagull on its own could give you a nasty peck, put an entire

make librarians and information managers aware of the power they wield
when they gather together to pool success stories in order to emphasises
to decision makers the importance of sound information management
