Maud Hand is a freelance multimedia producer, broadcaster and writer with
over thirteen years experience in both commercial and public service media.
She has produced and project managed websites for BBCi including 'World on
your Street' and 'The Street' and is a regular contributor to their factual
and music pages. She also writes for fRoots magazine, The Journal of Music
in Ireland and assorted online sites including www.apc.org and
www.schoolszone.co.uk. She works mainly for BBC Network radio, originating
and producing her own documentaries as well as producing and contributing to
strands like 'Woman's Hour', 'Feedback', 'Home Truths' and 'World Routes'.
