Dear all
we're revising our approach to publicising & marketing our services. We
have some elementary guidelines for authors of documents but no proper
style manual. We've got the example of our own Corporate Affairs
department, and an example provided by a newly arrived colleague from
her previous outfit - but we'd very much like more examples. Trick is to
balance detail and practicality of course.
I vaguely recall some messages about style manuals on lis-link earlier -
would be grateful if someone could remind me of results, or better
still offer examples of actual manuals. We're thinking of printed
material initially - but if anyone has any offerings about web pages
we'd be interested in those too.
Suggest you mail me direct, then if there are enough replies or examples
I'd be happy to summarise for the list.
