A day of presentations, demonstrations and opportunities to exchange
experiences and good ideas for those interested in or involved with
delivering information skills teaching. The programme draws upon the
experience of practitioners in HE.
Charge for the day, including refreshments and lunch: £30 (thirty
pounds)
The day will look at assessment in information skills teaching, at
different levels and in both online and more traditional teaching
methods. There will be theoretical as well as practical sessions. The
third in a series of Yorkshire Universities’ seminars, the day has again
a simple aim for the information skills practitioners taking part:
* to help us to do it better!
This will be achieved by:
* encouraging reflective practice
* sharing ideas
* providing a networking opportunity
