Dear Vicky
We fax our requests when they need a TDF, you can download a form from BL's
website and add your customer a/c no and reference number and fax it to the
British Thesis Service. We find it works well. Otherwise when they don't
need a TDF (the ones with a DX shelfmark) you can request using ARTTel
using the keyword UKTHESIS.
