Sounds familiar! Took me seven weeks to get the last lot of consigned stickers. I did threaten to post all the material which was due for return, and charge Hays for the diffference between postal charges and what it would have cost to send by Hays. In fact when I got the prices back from our porters the post was not that much more expensive......
I have had to claim from Hays for a book sent consigned which went missing. I have not had the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone a refund.

Has anyone else experienced problems in getting stationery from Hays DX?
We ordered some "consigned" labels at the end of April & have still not
received them despite constant phone calls to them (& emails). We have been
promised a few times that they would arrive the following day, but still no
sign of them. We are now getting "automatic renewal pending" messages from
BL for items that we have had boxed up & waiting to go back for a while, so
it could end up costing us a fair amount. Hays always manage to get our
bills to us, but can't seem to get these labels to us !
