Dear Lucrezia
We apologize for any confusion over access to the back issues of Journal of Research in Special Educational Needs. This journal has just recently joined Blackwell Publishing and we are currently making arrangements for the pre-June 2003 issues to be made available on Blackwell Synergy. Until this task has been completed, existing subscribers should continue to access these back issues theough the NASEN website, using their current username and password. We have spoken to NASEN and they have confirmed that this is the case. We have also asked for somebody from NASEN to contact you regarding your access problems with the NASEN site.
If you have any further queries about accessing the online journals on Blackwell Synergy, please contact our help desk on mailto:[log in to unmask] directly.
Best wishes, Emily

Subject: NASEN - J of Research in Special Educational Needs
Hello, all-
Do any of you reading this currently have full text access to pre-June
2003 issues of NASEN's title, Journal of Research in Special Educational
Needs (aka JORSEN)? The June 2003 issue is available via Synergy, but
users are directed back to the NASEN web site for access to previously
published material. A representative of Synergy has made it clear that
they will not be providing access to the earlier issues. Meanwhile, a
NASEN staffer has written to me that it will no longer be necessary to
access this title via the NASEN web site (despite its still having a
login link on their home page http://www.nasen.org.uk/mainpg.htm).
Our access via username/password ceased at least two months ago even
though we're paid up through May 2004 and the title is only available
online. My last two requests to NASEN for clarification have been
unanswered - does anyone else's experience mirror (or contradict) ours?
Many thanks for checking!
-Lucrezia
