A good link server should be able to find links for either the ISSN
or e-ISSN,, and should know which ISSN the link-target wants to see,
but there will always be cases where the knowledge base may not have
one or the other ISSN. We've seen a number of cases where a publisher
doesn't know the ISSN for its own title. And remember, your mileage
may vary.
