Hello
I recall when the ASLIB titles first became available via Emerald having
great problems in setting up access! The library in which I worked at the
time offered Athens Authenticated Access off-campus to Emerald, IP access
on-campus and sadly had to have additional passwords for the Aslib titles.
I also recall that we had two paid subscriptions to ASLIB titles which
required one password, and an additional ASLIB title received via a
membership payment which required another password.
Unfortunately, neither ASLIB nor Emerald were willing to "accept
responsibility" for the problems with access. In my opinion, access should
have been available through the usual routes to these titles and further
ASLIB/Emerald collaboration is required.
