We have also been experiencing problems, but not just with Ingenta/IngentaSelect. I keep AAR 5.0 on my computer so that I can print the articles that cannot be handled with 6.0. We've tried both PCL and PS printer setup, and that doesn't seem to make a difference. We're getting ready to go back to 5 in our opac area. We never had any luck with 4, and I kept 3 for a long time. Maybe we should just keep the odd-numbered releases?

Subject: Printing Ingenta articles - Adobe 6 and IE6 problem
I only received one response from another university on this - does that mean that no others are using Adobe 6 or that you have all solved the problem? Thanks Sandra

Subject: Printing Ingenta articles - Adobe 6 and IE6 problem
Is anyone else aware of problems printing articles on Ingenta when using Adobe 6 and IE6? On selecting the Adobe print icon, the (Adobe) message 'The document could not be printed' appears.
I have just been informed by ingenta that this is a general problem and has been happening for a few months. They have informed the publishers. We have only just noticed it here - presumably because the students have just returned and most of our machines were upgraded in the summer.
Are you all aware? If so, what workarounds are you using? Opening Adobe separately and then opening the article from there works ok but is impractical here.
Thanks
Sandra
