Hi,
We had problems when our user ID and password expired for Aslib
Proceedings and J Doc, but I got a helpful reply from Saul Frazer at Aslib
([log in to unmask]) - and the new ones are intended to last for a year.
However, it would have been more helpful if they'd let us know at the time
our access expired! In the same email, I asked if Aslib were going to
introduce access via IP address, but he didn't reply to that point. It seems
crazy that we access the Emerald journals via IP address but not the two
Aslib ones - yet we access all of them, whether we have to login or not,
from the Emerald website.
