We've had the same problem - our agent assures us (and I believe them) that our
cheque has been with ASM since November, but while it is (presumably) still sitting in
some in-tray in their finance department our online access has been cut off.
I know I've asked this before, and nobody has replied, but doesn't consumer law apply
to these people? Shouldn't we be entitled to a refund if we've paid for 12 months' goods
and services and, due to their incompetence, only got 10 months?
