So maybe it's time a discussion list for frustrated librarians to express
their frustration on (LIS-CILIP-FRUSTRATION perhaps) was set up? Surely a
valuable contribution to information profession!

Please refrain from making such comments about other people's concerns and
postings. Practicalities of actually Chartering ARE the concern of this
list.

As I have explained, that isn't the main purpose of this list. It may be
appropriate for other lists, but it's NOT for this list. We have all, by
