Shane & all:
The Proforma template from the previous version (1997 regs) worked OK for
me, though I was printing at home not at work. Problems could possibly be
due to different versions of software, or your Server at work (assuming
other people have found that this "edition" has worked properly?)

Subject: Charter query
Hi all
Sorry to shock you with a chartering query ;-)
I have filled out the training and development plan using the template
supplied with the guideline book. Having downloaded the plan and added my
text, the document fails to print on any PC in the library. Has anyone else
had this problem?
It is no big deal really as I can rewrite it in old fashioned ink.
Wondering at the moment if Cilip would sponsor a rerun of the Phil Silvers
show 'You'll never get rich' on BBC2!!
Regards
Shane Mawe
