I'm not quite sure what is wrong with my approach. I think if you look at
the message from the person who originally set up the list you will see
that it is a discussion list for people who are chartership candidates. I
signed up to the list for help and support with chartering.
I understand your comments, butI'm not sure they're in the right place.
Surely it would be better to discuss them on the main Lis-Cilip list?
