Today national procurement goes live. There have been issues about ATHENS and Emma is sorting this. If you are having problems accessing the Dialog site after logging on this may be a firewall issue.
Please read the following:
There is not need to open up a port on the firewall unless the firewall only
allows access to a few selected internet sites. We are using standard port
80 (http) and standard port 443 for SSL (https), the latter one being only
used for secure access to our service.
To make a long story short, if the NW are able to access any web site on the
internet, they are all set to go. If their access is restricted they will
need to open access for http and https on www.datastarweb.com.
