Andrea Chierici just pointed out that on the CNAF SE the VO-specific
directories /flatfiles/SE00/<VO> were not created automatically.
This is an oversight on my part: as I mount that area from a NFS server,
in the new installation instructions I forgot to mention that if at your
site these directories are on the SE's local disk, then you have to
include the new flatfiles-dirs-SECLASSIC-cfg.h file which will configure
the dirperm object to create them with the right protections.
This is done by adding the following line to the configuration file for
your SE node:
#include CFGDIR/flatfiles-dirs-SECLASSIC-cfg.h"
The line should be inserted close to where you include
StorageElement-cfg.h (exact position is not important). You should then
run mkxprof for the SE node and verify if these directories were
actually created. Please report if you find problems with this recipe.
I am adding this instructions to the lcg1_notes.txt file.
Cheers
Emanuele
