Hi Jiri.
The test group has a suite which can check the basic functionalities of
a site: it would have spotted the problem with your SE. We are currently
discussing the best way to organize it in a sistematic "site
certification" system.
For your site, the tests I did before accepting it in the information
system were centered on the correct functioning of the job
submission/execution sequence, so I did not test the SE at all.
