The script constructed and fed to pbs uses the stagein mechanism
as described in the man page for qsub.
I have yet to find any information on the lcg jobmanagers so
reading /opt/globus/lib/perl/Globus/GRAM/JobManager/lcgpbs.pm
is the most useful thing you can do
