TAUGHT POSTGRADUATE STUDENT AWARD IN REGIONAL SCIENCE
2003 COMPETITION
The British and Irish Section of the Regional Science Association
International (RSAIBIS) is inviting applications for a student award in
Regional Science. Applicants should be taught postgraduate research students
in any area of Regional Science (spatial economics, quantitative economic
geography). A prize will be awarded to the author of best piece of written
work in Regional Science, which will be judged by a 4-member committee. The
submitted work to be judged should be an MSc/MA dissertation or an assessed
essay.
Applicants should submit their work to the RSAIBIS Secretary at the address
below by September 30th 2003 at the very latest. All applicants will be
notified of the committee's decision in December 2003.
RESEARCH STUDENT AWARD IN REGIONAL SCIENCE
2003 COMPETITION
The British and Irish Section of the Regional Science Association

area of Regional Science (spatial economics, quantitative economic
geography). A prize will be awarded to the author of best piece of written

a conference paper, or an article submitted for publication (joint papers
with supervisors are acceptable but they should clearly draw on the student'
s thesis).

notified of the committee's decision in December 2003.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT AWARD IN REGIONAL SCIENCE
