Analytical and Computational Centre for Ore Deposits
A Marie Curie Ph.D. Training Site
Call for Proposals: Deadline 1st December
Proposals are invited from European PhD students investigating ore deposits
to visit the Analytical and Computational Centre for Ore Deposits for a
period of 3, 4, 6 or 12 months.
ACCORD is a Marie Curie Ph.D. Training Site that provides PhD students with
the opportunity to gain expertise in the multidisciplinary study of ore
deposits. The site represents a co-operative venture of the Department of
Mineralogy of the Natural History Museum, London, with the Fluid Processes
& Mineralization Research Group at the Department of Earth Science and
Engineering, Imperial College. This linkage enables ACCORD to offer
research facilities, a range of post-graduate teaching modules,
industry-recognised short courses and specialised training to suit the
individual needs of doctoral students in ore deposit research.
Further information including application forms and eligibility criteria
for fellows can be obtained from
