Hi - by default, for the higher-level overlay images, FEAT generates just
every second axial slice, so that the images don't get too big.
To get the coronal images, assuming that the slicer command below worked
ok (view the individual files with fsl/bin/display to test this) then it
may be easier to use the -append and +append options in convert. To use
the mosaic option (which I've never tried), see
