Hi,
We don't actually resample either the anatomical or functional images.
All of the stats in FSL is done in the functional space at the first
level.
We do save the registration matrices that convert the functional or
anatomical
images to standard space though.
These matrices are in the reg subdirectory of the feat directory and are
called example_func2standard.mat (for functional to standard) and
highres2standard.mat (for anatomical to standard).
To apply these matrices and resample your images, use the ApplyXFM
gui, giving the appropriate matrix, input images (example_func or
highres)
and the reference image (avg152T1_brain from the $FSLDIR/etc/standard
dir)
You can also apply the transformation to the filtered_func_data (a 4D
timeseries)
using the same GUI if you like.
All the best,
Mark
