Dear FSL community,
is there a possibility to assess the percent BOLD signal change over the
activated region in FEAT?
I thought about using the parameter estimates (pe1.img in stats
directory), as this scales the response to the simulus (EV) and
therefore reflects physiological effect size. However, as this value is
fitted onto the signal time course, it is not normalized to the
baseline. Is there afile that reports the repective baseline? Or is
there an other way to get the BOLD percent signal change?
