Thank you very much for your help. I had those command line from the mail
list. Yet by runing ttoz
ttoz -zout FIXEDZ varcope1 cope1 dof
The following error message comes out:
"AvwReadVolume: Bad address
902629
DOF cannot be zero or negative!
stdtr domain error"
I know the dof is the sum of the values in different stats/dof files of
different feat directories. It seems dof value not be read.
Also at the final step by using easythresh
easythresh <raw_zstat> <brain_mask> <cluster_z_thresh>
<cluster_prob_thresh> <background_image> <output_root>
what kind of <brain_mask> and <cluster_prob_thresh> should be?
I am wondering if someone has the same problem as me. Any idea?
